We draw from many sources in business, development, theory, and psychology. Our work does not rely on simple, generic and repetitive techniques, but a wide and dynamic range of thinking and tools. Principles & Values Abundance - We perceive there is infinite potential, abundance, and power accessible to everyone in each and every moment. PhilosophyMost organizational thinking focuses on results. We like results too. However, results are hard won. In taking a step back, we can see that results are a small aspect of effective and successful organizations. On the way to results, and in the process of creating results, a lot of things occur. There are individual and collective experiences that have both objective and subjective interpretations. A really smart guy named Ken Wilber solidified a way of thinking called Integral Theory. We won't bore you with the details, but integral theory provides a framework to incorporate a lot of different thinking. (There are articles to the left if you'd like to geek out for a bit).
