Perspective
We experience people and organizations as complex, layered, dynamic and pliable. People and systems change. People and systems can prepare, plan, and create change. The more a leader and group of people open up to wider and deeper perceptions, the clearer the plan of effective action and growth becomes. Effective action and growth lead to success, fulfillment, and realized visions.
We work to widen and deepen the perspective of leaders and organizations. With refined perspectives, we create strategic plans and visions, leading to success and fulfillment. This makes you successful. This makes us happy. Everyone wins.
We draw from many sources in business, development, theory, and psychology. Our work does not rely on simple, generic and repetitive techniques, but a wide and dynamic range of thinking and tools. If it works, we like it, and a lot of things work well. In the process of working with you, we will discover what works well for you.
Principles & Values
Abundance - We perceive there is infinite potential, abundance, and power accessible to everyone in each and every moment.
Partnership - We practice partnership.
Truth - We seek to express the greatest truth in each and every moment.

Respect - We treat the planet and all beings with honor, care and respect.

Refine - We seek to constantly refine our understanding and approach to effectively practice and assist others.
Practice - Through consciousness partnership and effective practice we, and those we touch, will grow individually, organizationally and financially, while creating a better world for tomorrow.
Philosophy
Most organizational thinking focuses on results. We like results too. However, results are hard won. In taking a step back, we can see that results are a small aspect of effective and successful organizations. On the way to results, and in the process of creating results, a lot of things occur. There are individual and collective experiences that have both objective and subjective interpretations. A really smart guy named Ken Wilber solidified a way of thinking called Integral Theory. We won't bore you with the details, but integral theory provides a framework to incorporate a lot of different thinking. (There are articles to the left if you'd like to geek out for a bit). Integral Theory offers a complex lense for interpreting human and organization experience. Included in its structure is the recognition that:
- Experiences have individual and collective interpretations in both the objective and subjective world
- People and cultures develop in values and world views
- There are different kinds of intelligence (emotional, cognitive, etc.), all of which can be developed
- Experiences are layered and multidimensional
- People are complex, diverse, and unique
By looking at, and considering all of these aspects of your organization, we can have a clear and thorough understanding of the climate of your organization.
Practice
In understanding the complexity of your unique circumstance, your unique potential will become clear. We stand for this potential and will help guide and shape your organization to fully realize it.
In most consulting projects, support is often not sustained and the value of assessment, strategy, and training are not fulfilled, as these elements are never integrated into the culture and work. We stick with you and stand by you until your organization is functioning well at the level we, together, envisioned. When the work is integrated, and you are functioning and producing at a higher level than ever, we let you go to continue to create and unfold your evolving potential. Simply put, when you're happy, we're happy. |
