Bio:

Kristoffer Nelson: Principal

Kristoffer Nelson has over 10 years of experience helping businesses and individuals succeed, and holds certificates in Generating Transformative Change in Human Systems and Integral Organization and Individual Assessment from The Leadership Institute of Seattle via Pacific Integral. Kristoffer integrates the skills and experience of a manager, coach, change agent, and facilitator drawing insights from psychology, organizational dynamics and other developmental sciences successfully and consistently delivering exceptional and profitable change. Current clients include organizations in the wellness and media industries, labor and non-profit organizations, and individual executives within these organizations.

Stacy Hirsch, MES, NTP: Associate

Stacy has over 12 years of experience as a manager, leader, trainer, coach and facilitator with a focus on personal development, program design, process and outcome evaluation, systems change and community building. In addition to her formal education she is certified in Spiral Dynamics, Nutritional Therapy and has completed a certificate program through Pacific Integral titled Generating Transformative Change in Human Systems. Her work includes partnerships with non-profits, tribal and cross-cultural entities and public and private organizations at the local, state and federal level.

Evan Vandarwarka, M.A.: Associate
Evan has over 11 years experience as a change agent focusing on project/change management and business development at Fortune 500 companies. This is complimented with a Master's in Psychology from Antioch University and a Certificate through Pacific Integral/Bastyr University for Generating Transformative Change in Human Systems. Evan's management experience is influenced by his passion for organizational development, psychology and human/business growth possibilities. He currently maintains a private practice in organizational consulting and individual counseling, assisting businesses and individuals in achieving inherent potentials.
